How do I reserve a room at the University Guest House?

Book your reservation by calling 888-416-4075

When are the hotel check-in/check-out times?

University Guest House check-in time is 3:00 pm (you will be able to check in earlier if your room is available)

University Guest House  check-out time is 12:00 pm (please check out promptly by noon otherwise an additional room night will be added to the bill)

Are there any hotel discounts available?

Be sure to mention COUPON CODE “CCF” for a special conference rate of $99 per night/plus tax

I have specific needs from the hotel, whom shall I direct these to?

It is your responsibility to communicate this information to the hotel when making your reservation.  Please tell them about any special needs you may require for your stay

May I stay at a different hotel other than the University Guest House?

Yes, however the special conference rate of $99 per night/plus tax only applies to the University Guest House.
