Laurie Kikel

Laurie serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation. With over 20 years of Customer Service and Management experience she is mainly responsible for overseeing the incoming donations to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation. She helps with maintaining the database and oversees the distribution of all the educational and informational pamphlets and supplies. She also plays a vital role in organizing the yearly symposiums and conferences where advocates for the foundation can go and help educate others on cholangiocarcinoma or bile duct cancer. Donna Mayer

Executive Director, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Donna has developed and implemented innovative programs and services for non-profit organizations including DIA and the Hepatitis B Foundation. She has a long history serving as an advocate providing support and information to patients and the allied healthcare community worldwide. Marion Schwartz

Chief Advocacy Officer, San Francisco, California Marion, Research and Patient Advocate, joined the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation in 2006 and served on the Board of Directors from 2007 to 2016. She is Moderator of the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation Global Discussion Board, Member of the ASCO TAPUR Molecular Tumor Board, Mayo Clinic Hepatobiliary SPORE, and previous Advocate for the NCI Task Force for Hepatobiliary Cancer (2008- 2015.) A 2011 Patient Advocate Fellowship Alumni, Marion was also a 2012 DIA “Engaging Investigators and Patient Advocacy Groups” Guest Speaker. Kathi Wagner

Kathi Wagner is our Director of Development. Ms. Wagner, of Darien, IL, brings to the role more than 25 years of fundraising, marketing, public affairs, and nonprofit management experience. Previously, she served as Chief Development Director for Wake Up Narcolepsy, Director of Fundraising and Development for the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County, Executive Director of the Illinois Branch of the International Dyslexia Association, and Director of Development for the American Brain Tumor Association.
