I am so very sorry indeed to hear of the passing of your dear dad, please accept my sincere condolences. Having lost my dad as well to this cancer I know the pain that you feel right now and how much that you miss him. Please try and think of the good times over the years that you shared and know that with time the pain will ease. Please know as well that we are here for you and my thoughts are with you and your family right now.

June 6, 2014 at 1:16 am #82797iowagirlMemberJennifer, I’m so sorry for you and your family. I lost my father to another rare and very fast cancer back in 1985. We had less than two weeks before he passed. I still miss him so much to this day, but mostly, my memories of him are of the happy and close times we had together. I hope the same for you.

WillowJune 5, 2014 at 9:44 pm #82795lainySpectatorDear Jennifer and Family, please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your Father, Nathan. In time all your fondest Memories of him will take over and know that Daddy’s never really leave their little girls.
I’m at your side each night and day,
In your heart is where I’ll stay.
You can feel, see or hear, I am not gone, I’m always near.
I’m the colorful leaves when fall comes round,
The pure white snow that blankets ground.
I’m the first bright blossom you’ll see in Spring.
The first warm raindrop that April will bring.
I’m the first ray of light when the sun starts to shine,
And you’ll see that the face in the moon is mine.
I’ll whisper your name through the leaves on the trees,
And you’ll feel my presence in the soft summer breeze.
I’m the salty tears that flow when you weep,
And the beautiful dreams that come while you sleep.
I’m the smile you see on a baby’s face.
Just look for me, I’m every place!June 5, 2014 at 8:14 pm #82794darlaSpectatorDear Jennifer,
You have my deepest condolences on the loss of your dear father Nathan. Take some comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering or in pain. Keep him with you forever in your heart and memories. My husband was only 62 when he also died quickly from this disease, so I do know how it feels. You and your family and in my thoughts and prayers at this sad and trying time.
Love & Hugs,
DarlaJune 5, 2014 at 7:56 pm #10123mom3SpectatorOn May 26, 2014 my father, Nathan, passed from chloangiocarcinoma. He was diagnosed on April 1, 2014. He elected not to seek any treatment. I miss him so much.
I just wanted to thank you all for your support and advice through this terrible disease.
