    Josh…….I hope they Endoscopic Ultrasound is performed scheduled for next week. Make sure to stay on top of it. Please keep us informed.

    Thanks for reply and i apologize i left the brushing report out. They report said the cells were suspicous of cancer. I believe they want to do a EUS procedure next.

    Josh….thanks for popping in on us again. You never reported back on the results of the brushing however; I believe it must have come back “negative.” Given that and the latest radiology report, I wonder whether your Mom does have CCA or whether her bile duct is dilated due to other reasons. I do believe though, that you should obtain a second opinion from a center “very” familiar with this cancer. Please know that second opinions have become standard of care.     We had a Ca 19 9 test come back at 40. Which is mildly elevated.
    We had a Cat Scan come back and the radiologist stated he did not see anything that resembled cancer. He did see some bile duct dilation. Any advice would be appreciated.
