İtching post surgery ?

My mum had a right lobe and bile duct resection 6 months ago, are control was 20 days ago, blood and ct was all good. She has a little pain because of surgery, but all normal. She had her hair dye 2-3 days ago, and today she has a little itching in her hed, maybe its from the paint, not so so mutch itching, its not like crazy.. But itching. So im a little bit scared. İs it normal? And she has a little itch on her back and close to her scar. Are these normal things? Am i panicking too much?
