ModeratorHope that everyone can take the survey, it should only take you around 10 minutes or so and your answers are very important to us.
Why not go make a cuppa, sit down and take the survey. That’s what I did!
Hugs,
Gavin

ModeratorThank you to those kind people answering the request of offering input for our upcoming conference.
We would love to receive more suggestions. Anything coming to your mind, experiences you wish could have predicted beforehand, things you should have known and wish you had asked, etc. please add your comments to the questionnaire.

ModeratorInteresting. Same “banana” message you are mentioning. Perhaps I am meant to be the recipient? I can take it. At times that’s just how it feels on this end.

ModeratorIncluding the patient’s voice is very important with great impact on today’s healthcare. Though you may think your opinion does not matter, the reality is that it has great bearing on present and future decisions you may have to make. Rare diseases in particular benefit from patient/caregiver input. We are a small group of people fighting hard to be heard and recognized within the medical, research, government and pharmaceutical industry.
This questionnaire helps us set the stage for the upcoming patient/caregiver conference which will be taped for future reference, but you also have the opportunity watch as it is happening. Please be so kind and log in to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/5DC5ZQR.
All of us need to be part of the solution.
Thanks a million.

Because patients living with cholangiocarcinoma have a direct stake in their own medical care and are in a unique position to provide input, the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF) has expanded its Annual Conference to include programming that addresses questions and concerns that are important to patients (and their families). Since patient/caregiver input is essential, CCF is conducting a brief survey to aid in planning the conference and ensuring the focus is on what is of most importance to you.
With your help, the first day of the CCF Annual Conference (Wednesday, February 3, 2016) will be designed specifically for patients, families, and members of the cholangiocarcinoma community. Please note that those who are unable to attend the conference in person will have the opportunity to join the event online. A live stream of patient-focused sessions will allow viewers to actively participate in real-time.
Please take a brief survey and tell us what topics are most important to you!
Please note that anyone can participate in the survey; they do not need to attend to have input into the content.

Thank you!
