Love it, best exercise ever! And what a lovely looking dog as well. A puppy lab would definitely give you a ton of exercise!!
I walk my chocolate Labrador every day even when I feel tired or sore and it does help.

I know we get caught up frantically looking for the best treatment for the CC, it’s panic mode of what can I do? We may forget or put aside the complementary care that goes alongside treatment which is just as important. If possible, according to your body and energy level, take time to choose a gentle exercise routine. Even if it is 15-20 minutes of walking a day or restorative yoga. Some kind of movement will help your condition.
