    Hi Jules,
    My husband was told that could quite likely get a hernia because of his surgery. So far so good but he also hasn’t really done much exercising yet. Sorry I can’t help.

    my dad has suffered a hernia and is in alot of discomfort. His gp has said that it would be difficult to repair the hernia surgically due to all the scar tissue present (my dad has had 2 ops in the past yr) – has anybody had a similar experience or have any advice?
