    Way to go Suzanne,
    So happy for the good news and how wonderful your doctors are so aggressive. Seems we always have to push to get things done, you are fortunate that is not the case on your end. Hope that MRI is a good one!

    Thank you all for your support. I knew you would be there. I’m still finding it hard to believe that this could happen for me. To get this cancer out of me. I know the odds and I sure want to beat them!

    That is such wonderful news!!!! It is so important to have someone who is fighting for you and will go beyond the standard treatment protocols…so glad you’ve found such a person. I’ll be waiting to hear about the MRI results, as we all will, and am sending all of the most positive thoughts and prayers for good news to come your way.

    Suzanne….I agree with Lainy and congratulate you on having a physician who is willing to step outside the box. It always reminds me what Jeff had said: If the cancer gets mean….then you get mean. If resected has the possiblity brought up to radiate the tumors on the right side? Looking forward to hearing from you after your MRI scan.

    What would you like for lunch?. Sometimes I just am amazed at the courage you and all these wonderful people show. We talk about what is happening to us and our loved ones like its just another meal! Are you something or what. Hope you hear good news and then we can all be excited for you as well. How wonderful that you have such aggressive doctors. Thats great. We will be sending prayers your way for the MRI on Monday.

    Hi Everyone –

    Well I may be having surgery (again) very soon. I was recovering from the shunt study and the interventional radiologist came in and dropped a bomb on me and my husband. He said he had presented my case to the tumor board and there is a surgical oncologist willing to try resection my entire left lobe again despite the fact that I have 2 tumors on my right lobe. They will do RFA on the right lobe during surgery. BUT (always a but) it all depends on my next MRI coming back showing no progression or better. MRI is this coming Monday.

    We were not expecting to hear anything like this from him but he and my oncologist have been discussing my case for some time and they want to do everything possible to help me. I’m excited and scared to pieces at the same time.

    Send positive vibes and prayers out that my MRI is good. I’ll keep you posted on what happens.
