The pain is slightly easier but the loss is so great. But I do agree that we need to make people aware of this awful type of cancer and learn to understand the language that doctors use. I feel it is important that the patient or family impress everyone the need for a quick diagnosis and treatment, be stubborn if there is a hint that it is cc.
Alan still had his weight and was eating well during January and February. He was totally mis-diagnosed until mid- march. I wish to say a big thank you to the previous replies and for all of the kind thoughts. love and light teresa
