    Hi Marion,

    Yes bingo and shopping, 2 things my mum excells at! Although with the shopping, she is better now at giving me orders for what she wants at the shops then I have to go out and get them for mum! Not that I mind at all though. Although as I say to her, if she had the pc then she would be able to have more choices and see some other stuff that she might like etc. Impulse buying and all of that!

    I’m not a great fan of the bingo, but I do like shopping and have done the shopping for mum for many years now. But I know how much mum likes shopping so perhaps this will persuade her to get a pc! And who knows, she may even appear here! I hate to think how much I would spend on clothes shopping should I ever come over your way!

    Gavin….your Mom has the right idea ….bingo and shopping. Her enthusiasm may very well spill over to wanting to join the discussion board. I am excited for her.

    Yep my mum sure does like her bingo! And she also likes a little flutter on the lottery so I have to go to the bookies twice a week for her to put mums lines on! She actually won on Weds night, a whole massive

    Oh, Gavin that was the funniest!!! Bingo on-line. I play Scrabble on line with my brother-in-law. You would think I would be well versed in Computers having working on them for 30 years. I am not! I am computer illiterate!

    Hi Marion,

    Yep technology passes me by too and I have always been slow to catch up with the latest stuff! It took me quite some time to get a pc and get online, but I am so glad that I did. I had to get a pc when I went to uni. Even my mum now is talking about getting online, but I think that has something to do with her wanting to try online bingo!

    Hi Marion,

    Thanks for that. I’ve only ever used Youtube before for watching video’s of old Dundee, Scotland and music stuff. Isn’t technolgy great!
