Chris LeDoux

I was just watching one of the country music channels and they featured a story about a new memorial statue that was unveiled in Casey, WY to honor country and rodeo star Chris LeDoux who passed away in 2005.

At the time of his death I remember being surprised that the time from learning he was ill to when he passed away seemed to be a pretty short period of time. Today’s story caused me to read a short biography and learned he passed from “bile duct cancer”.

Yet another reminder that cc is so very indiscriminate in who it touches. So this post is simply a little nod to the memory of another cc warrior. To his family, should you have found your way to this site, know that there are many who have walked in your shoes and understand the dept of your loss.
