Bile Duct Cancer awareness

Hi all,
Last night I stumbled upon the thread about a lot of spotlight given to breast cancer awareness and not much given to our cancer and other cancers. It got me thinking, so I contacted our community relations departmet about February being bile duct cancer awareness month and what they could do to help get the word out. I was meet with enthusiasm and I am excited that they were on board with doing some awareness for it. I should mention that I am a nurse and I am currently working at the hospital I contacted. I am so glad that I found the thread. I would encourage other patients to contact the community relations departments at the hospitals they were treated at and ask them to do some awareness for our awareness month.
