I am so sorry about your latest post on your Dad. CC can met to the bones but like you, I don’t understand why they would do anything like that if they are not sure it is cancer. If you go to our search engine and type in ‘mets to bones’ you will get a lot of posts on that subject. Perhaps it’s time for another opinion?

Alot has happened since my last post.

My dad had a CT Scan and they found new focal attenuation of the prancreas, new tumors of the liver and what they call a bony something on his forehead. The oncologist is afraid that the cancer could of spread to the bone although they say that it is quite rare with this kind on Cancer.

So they want start a new medication for his bones called ZOMETA.. I have mixed feelings about this.
    1. They do not know for sure that it (bony thing) is cancer.
    2. The risks of the medication.

Have any of you had any problems with the bones and CC? if so what did they do?

    M. hopefull Daughter
