Pesimistic again

Jose, have the Doctors checked her amonia levels or could it be one of the Meds she is on? Other than being there for your Mom don’t know that you can do anything else. You are a wonderful son and brother and all you can do is let Mom lean on you. There is nothing to compare to a mother’s grief and you will neeed to just let her grieve in her own way when the time comes.
Things are getting uglier. Despite of the fact that she has had two paracentesis recently, her abdomen is swollen again, her talking is confusing now most of the time and, in the night she become obsessed with death. It’s terrible. My mom is facing now the reality and I don’t know how can I help her in controling this devastating sorrow and pain.
