    Hi Jeff,

I’ve been having a slower recovery from my last chemo which was a week and a half ago. But my energy’s better now. I had a CT last week which showed stable tumors in the liver, peritoneum and a few lymph nodes. But they also showed a few mm size nodules in my lungs, which is new for me. I’m concern about them in that they may be metastases. But my oncologist doesn’t seem concern since they are so little. Since I live in the San Diego area, I wonder if it could be ash/ air pollution/wildfire related.

Jeff, are you feeling any pain in your bones that makes you concern about mets to them? Good luck with your X-ray on Wednesday. I’m sending some good energy your way.

G…. Just wanted to say I do the same thing. My wife thinks I’m crazy as when I get out of the tub I look like a steamed lobster. But I’ll sweat like a race horse and relax so much I fall asleep. I did it in the middle of the night sometimes when the steroid premed had me bee-booping or hiccuping. How have you been doing G? I had x-rays today possible another bone mets, that may need to be zapped with radiation. we’ll see Wednesday. Jeff G.

After having chemo (Gemcitabine and Carboplatin) — at times I would feel very fatigued, eyes half-masted, etc. One of the things that’s been helpful to me is to take a bath with half a cup of salt or epsom salt, and baking soda. After soaking for 15 to 20 minutes, I may lay down and just sweat for a while — having had some water to drink. Sometimes I have the bath/sweating ritual twice a day. I usually feel much better like I’ve help my body detoxify some of the chemicals.

    I hope this helps.

    G
