    thank you as always, Gavin, for your postings. This is a fascinating article! For me, who cannot do any more traditional chemos, this looks promising. I will look into it with my dcs.

    Jules….Continuous low-dose metronomic/anti-angiogenic chemotherapy (chemo administered over time) has been used by others in a palliative setting. In fact, Percy used Xeloda, for several months. It will be interesting to see the response of the physician as to whether he/she will prefer a rapid approach to cell devision or, address it from another angle (anti-angiogenic mechanism) of cell devision.

    Thanks Gavin. I’m going to ask my parents to take the article along to the oncologist in a few weeks time, and see what she says. The abstract sounds promising but I don’t have access to the full article as yet.
