    Hi, everyone,

I raised the question about most patients can only have radioembo twice ; Karen Marshall RN from the interventional radiology of Northwestern University where radioembolization is pioneered told me that it is not true. she give me an example of a patient who had liver resection and subsequently had 7 (seven) radioembolization for treatment. They are very familiar using radioembo to treat CCA patients.
She is very knowledgeable and very patient and in details in answering my questions. I will recommend you to contact her if you need radioembo consultation; most likely you need to send CT disc and CA19-9 results for them to be evaluated. If I were you, I will write down or email to her just 1 or 2 questions that you need to ask the MOST(not all of them) with regard to your specific concern, so you will get the most out of the consultation. They will tell you if you need any treatment or not; in my case. they told me no treatment and send CT scan in three months if need another full consultation.
    Her phone number is 312-695-1791

    God bless.
