Very well said Marion! There is no recognition of land borders for this cancer and as we know, rural Thailand has some truly horrific rates of CC compared to the rest of the world.

In regards to ESMO and the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, we have supported this conference since the year 2008, and are working on expanding to Asia as well. As mentioned, this is a global cancer and requires international collaboration.

It may take some time to clear up the copyright issues. Perhaps we can’t post the individual abstract until we receive permission to do so however; we can still discuss the content of each abstract. We also investigate cost of reprint. The later is possible to our Duke’s donation to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
