Good news Julie. Hearing some good news always sounds wonderful. Hopefully retail therapy adds some to it. Also glad to hear your husband decided to retire. Time for you two to spend some quality time together having fun.

Excellent news Julie! Nothing like getting a good nights sleep and feeling better. Shopping is definitely in order, highly recommended and I love doing that too. Enjoy!!!

Yea, Julie you go girl! Love the phrase retail therapy although believe it or not I hate shopping. T was the shopper. The sun is shining here and Julie is shining in Iowa!
I thought for a change, I’d post something positive about my treatment. I just had the Gemzar infusion on Wednesday this week for round 2, day 8. So far, the steroid side effects were the trouble, …difficulty sleeping, itching and face rash, but that has settled down…slept WONDEFULLY last night and feel really good today. I imagine I’m in for some tiredness as the week progresses, but right now….life is pretty good and I just want to share that for a change. I’m looking forward to what I hope will be a week and a half of “good time” before the next Cisplatin/Gemcitibine on June 11th. I think some shopping for the little grandson is in order….retail therapy, here I come.
