While reading your post I looked down at the bracelet on my wrist. Mine says “hope”.

Please know that you are among caring and wonderful people. I’ve been reading this site since I diagnosed my Mom back in May but have only posted in the last few days. This is a great site for information and most importantly …support.

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I love your username. An I BELIEVE also. This is an excellent forum with lots of good information from people who care to help others.

So sorry you are having this “blip” in your life right now. It looks like you have a good family support group.

    Hi Believe

We are glad you found this site as well. I hope all is going okay for you at the moment. When you are up to it we would love to hear more about how what ,how ,and when. It sounds as though your CC was found early and things are rolling right along. The earlier the resection the better in my opinion. “I BELIEVE” is so positive. It’s obvious you and your sisters have a great bond of love. Love goes a long ways in this little battle for life. Along with positive thinking and lots of hope. “I BELIEVE” takes it the one step further. Any questions or thoughts ,please do jump right in. We are here to listen and suggest, and whatever. Again , glad you found this site. We are like one big family helping one another. Still sorry for your DX, but it sounds like you and your sister’s are right on top of it.

    God Bless,
    Jeff G.

“Believe” is the message on the bracelets my one sister bought for me, our other sister, and herself when she traveled from Alabama to see me after I was diagnosed. We pledged to wear it always because they and I BELIEVE that this is just a “blip” in my life and that this cancer will be defeated. Some say my cancer was found by accident but I believe it was by Divine Intervention. I had a c-scan for diverticulitis and a small tumor was found on my liver. I live near Roswell Cancer Center in Buffalo, but chose to go to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center/Liver Cancer Center for a liver resection by a doctor who has done over 200 resections. I start chemotherapy/radiation in 2 weeks. I’m very happy to have found this site.
