I agree with Kris. I would assume it’s from the chemo. My wife was cold all the time when she did chemo. Now that she has been off chemo for a few months, she is no longer cold.

I am always cold lately, too. The grocery store just about did me in today because I forgot me sweatshirt. I was told the chemo can do this. My temperature, which is usually around 97.9, was 96.9 when they took it on Thursday. The nurse wasn’t concerned and said it can happen. It’s driving my family crazy, thought, because I keep shutting the air conditioning off!

Lauren is always hot too. We have to keep our air at 68 degrees and she has a big fan blowing on her at night too.

Is it your thyroid? I have Hashimoto’s and Hypothyroidism. I was/am always cold, more so off my thyroid med. It could very well be the chemo but speaking from experience my chills come from one small gland not working. I hope you find warmth.

I would assume it’s from the chemo. I was told one of the side effects from Gemzar was flu like symptoms.

Is your head shaved? Maybe try to wear hats.

Maybe it is from weight loss.

Crazy….it’s in the 90s here, but I’m always so so cold.
I check my temp, and it’s normal. The only thing that helps is a hot bath.
Is this from the cancer? Am I the only one dealing with this?
