As we know with CC patients have rapid weight loss and loss of muscle mass, and it’s important to not only choose immune boosting foods, but ensure there is a balanced daily diet with protein. I am not a big supporter of red meat, but that is a personal choice. You can have fish, beans, nuts and seeds, but be mindful of any allergies or sensitivities. Nut butters are healthy and calorie rich also.
Make sure the individual (energy level permitting) walks daily to improve the quality of body including muscle wasting prevention.
