Any experience with trials targeting IDH1 mutation?

Dear all,
my husband is fighting stage IV intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with IDH1 mutation. I can’t find much about this mutation on this discussion board, however, last year many trials targeting this mutation are conducted.

My husband Danny is 33 years old and we have two young children, so I try to find the best treatment options for him in the world. We live in the Netherlands and unfortunately there is less knowledge about IHCC and IDH1.

We believe that target therapies could be interesting, Danny has the IDH1 mutation, so i’m wondering if there are any people on this discussion board, who also carry this mutation, so we can share experiences and maybe we can search together for the best options.

Has anyone already been in a clinical trial targeting IDH1?
