Any good marker for CCA cell line?

Hi,
When I attended the ASCO 2011 convention in early June this year,I ran into L.H. Jensen who was presenting his findings “Marker driven systemic treatment of inoperable cholangiocarcinomas;Panitmumab and combination chemotherapy in KRAS wild-type tumors” I talked to him,he is a nice guy and knows about biomarkers.

Currently we are developing method to separate CCA in patient blood (Circulating Tumor Cells). At the end of separation, we can receive live CCAs and culture them in culture medium but we now need to know how to identify CCA if there are any cells growing in medium. Any one here can guide us for good marker(s) so that we can prove that they are CCA specifically.
