    Hi Percy,

    We live about a mile away from an old landfill. We do not have well water though. We get our water from a nearby city.

    Hi,
    Rubber (ie: dust from tires and brake pads ) had been mentioned in some older articles.
    any anothers ?

    I am concerned because the neighborhood we live in is on the old Firestone property and I bet they dumped chemicals here years ago and maybe it is in our water and environment. We have had four people with different cancers just in our neighborhood. There is all kind of manufacturing around us but as I mentioned I wonder about rubber chemicals. Lisa

    Hi,
    Can some of you tell me about what kind of industrial or manufacturing or processing plants and companies around and within 100 miles of the areas you guys live? (ie:nuclear or coal power electric plants, leather or blue jeans, metal processing plants ,mold and dye plants)
    I am looking for risk factors in the chemical category .

    Several of us have met for lunch and become friends(Lauren, Pam, Betsy, Ann and Sharon). It is a great little local support group and I would love anyone else in the area to join us. Are there anymore Of us out there in Ohio ? We really have a lot of fun and share so much good information.
