    Rank …. I never heard of this one. I’ve heard of other peels from fruits and veggies helping your immune system. Thanks for posting this research infor.

    I read in a recent article in Prevention magazine that the peel of red delicious apples inhibits the growth of cancer cells in liver, colon and breast cancer. It was from a study the University of Pennsylvania I think.
