I read about this, but since the GI system is very sensitive and patients can eat small quantities at a time, I thought it would be too much to digest. Seeds are tricky, so decided not to give to my mom. She already has a sensitive stomach and eats small portions throughout day. I suppose you have to judge on an individual basis.
My spouse used up to 35 kernels per day during a few months after diagnosis 2 1/2 years ago. It did not cure him nor did it make him more ill (he us currently alive but the cancer is advanced). The key is to build up the dosage gradually and start with only a few kernels and remember to chew them properly before swallowing.
Just in case anyone had heard about this and thought it worthy of further investigation.
