My husband, Mike, and I will both be attending. We are so pleased to have the opportunity to meet/share experiences with some of the members of this wonderful family. Also, to hear firsthand the latest information on research findings and successful treatments directly from some of these amazing scientists and doctors and lastly, we hope sharing our experiences will help others in their journeys.

Unlike the previous years, the CCF 2016 conference dedicated the first day to patients, caregivers and others involved with this cancer. For those able to travel, arrangements can still be made. Those unable to attend will have the opportunity to view part of the patient session via live streaming.

Because patients living with cholangiocarcinoma have a direct stake in their own medical care and are in a unique position to provide input, CCF has expanded its Annual Conference to include programming that addresses questions and concerns that are important to patients and their families. Patients and caregivers—having experienced the disease firsthand—will be invited to learn about cholangiocarcinoma, share their personal experiences, and contribute to future efforts to further cholangiocarcinoma research.For an overview of the planned agenda please use below link:
