It’s been a long time since we have chatted, but it’s great than we can still do so.Sorry to hear you had to go back into hospital. I hope they’ve managed to sort you out and put you back on track.
I have been in a hospice to get my pain under control which has proved very successful. Whilst there I unfortunately discovered I have metastiacies to my right kidney and right lung and am awaiting an appointment to discuss possible options. I’m so not keen on having any more chemo, as I found one doesn’t get any quality of life and there’s no guarantees of any real success, but I’m keeping my options open.

I was released this morning. Yay!! Stazi is sooooo happy to see me!! She is pretty much glued to my side.
I don’t go back down until thurs. I’m sure putting a lot of miles on my car!!Hi Kris,

MarionI’m back in the hospital since the iv drugs didn’t bother me. No pills today = no vomiting! Although it’s been close a few times.
And to answer Marion, no, fluids don’t stay down either. It was pretty scary the first round because there was red. Then I remembered I had some watermelon!Sorry to hear about this Kris and I so agree with Lainy and Marion here about letting your onc know about this today. Hopefully you will have done this by now though and please let us know what they said.

OMG!! These antibiotics are kicking my butt! What little I eat is coming out of both ends. I’ve got to get something changed in the antibiotics dept. Or I’ll probably end up back in the hospital for dehydration.
YEA Kris! Nothing like being home and being with your lil baby. Better than anything the Docs can do! Keep on feeling better and better. I just knew you could do it! Yes, those RX can be worse than any of it and hope you get to clear of those quickly. Thinking of you!
I got my walking papers at 5pm last night. Yay! Stazi is being very clingy (for her). She actually walked onto and settled in my lap!
I couldn’t wait to get in the shower, but gave her some much appreciated brushing and petting.
They haven’t figured out whether I have an abscess or not, but are going to cautiously watch it. They have me on massive antibiotics. I never have reactions, but I AM NOW!! I think I’ve lost 5 lbs! Other than that, I’m feeling pretty good.
