I found this and thought people might be interested:

On page 10 you will see that, though it is not common enough to be listed separately under Estimated New Cases, it is deadly enough to be listed under Estimated Deaths and together with Liver Cancer accounts for 4% of cancer deaths in men and 2% of cancer deaths in women.
