    Thanks, Gavin, for posting this.
    Please note the restaging of CCA: intrahepatic, perihilar, and distal as well as the focus on: Management of biliary obstruction is obligatory in perihilar cholangiocarcinoma.

    As soon as I receive clarification of “management” I will post on this site.
