    Is anyone else having problems staying on course for their diet??? I’m having a hard go. Too many good things to eat. Im definitely not eating as much as I have in Christmas’ past, but moderation is not happening either. On the upside…This deviation has given me an even bigger positive boost. It sort of feels like any other Christmas.
