The drugs for cc, plus the dyhadration and the loss of electrolytes, are often the causes of confusion. You might want to talk to your mother’s doctor about what is happening. I know I have been confused a time or two and I am know where near the age that dementia is considered.

I have been wondering about confusion. Three of Mom’s medications state one of the possible side effects is confusion AND one side effect of ccc is confusion. How many people are being treated for dementia when medication or ccc might need to be considered? This is really a nagging worry for me. I suppose rather than jumping to the conclusion that we are all getting older and forgetful we should have a physical.
