I was reminded of this service by a post on the John Hopkins discussion board for bile duct cancer.
http://pathology.jhu.edu/gbbd_chat/As far as I know it is legitimate and a way for patients to get treatment in other parts of the country (world?) when the travel costs are prohibitive.
