    Hi Gavin,

    Thank you as always for finding and posting the research that is finding better treatments for cholangiocarcinoma.  I had not come across the term “induction therapy” and looked it up.  Induction therapy is the first treatment a patient has, so this article is telling us about a sample of patients with locally-advanced cholangiocarcinoma who had systemic (chemotherapy) treatment first, and identifies how many within this sample were able to have resection surgery afterwards.
