    Hi kgroft.

    Sorry to hear about the progression for your husband after being on the previous trial. Please do not give up hope though. Is this the new trial that John’s Hopkins has recommended that your husband start?

    A Clinical Trial of Entinostat in Combination With Nivolumab for Patients With Previously Treated Unresectable or Metastatic Cholangiocarcinoma and Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

    My husband’s disease progressed after 26 cycles on Pemigatinib (INCB054828), so Hopkins has recommended this immunotherapy trial with Opdivo).   Is anyone else on this trial?  I’d like to touch base with other patients.

    If I’ve missed another thread on this trial, please delete this post and point me to the correct thread.
