Thanks for that and for linking your blog in the blog section here on the site as well. That way a load of people here will be able to take a look and I know that a ton of lurkers will take a look also. As for taking a look, I will sure do so myself!

I’ve created a website – jacktiley.com – that tries to encapsulate my personal experience (with hints and tips, etc) in “fighting” Bile Duct Cancer. I am a very positive guy and have no time to ponder on negatives. So from a prognosis of a few months; here I am, 2 years later, as fit and busy as any 75 year old without a terminal/inoperable cancer. My GP and Consultant (NHS – UK) both afford me more time than I think I should have, but are both experts and monitor me well, both are also athletes (running/mountain bikes) and want me to get back to my pre-diagnosis running of 5k every week.
