Genetics pathways in intra-hepatic cholangiocarcinoma UNIVERSITY OF ROCHESTER, ROCHESTER, UNITED STATES.
“PUBLIC HEALTH RELEVANCE: This project addresses the need to improve our understanding of and identify better treatments for intra-hepatic cholangiocarcinoma, a primary cancer of the liver with poor outcomes. We will study the earliest stages of this disease, which is critical to devising an early detection plan, and identify the patient group for whom a novel promising treatment is most likely to help. Ultimately this project could impact public health by changing the ways we diagnose and treat the cancer type”
