A tad better is one thing, but not good enough as you say. Lets hope for a another tad tomorrow, or more tads. Or whatever the plural of tads is! Tadders?? I dunno, but I know you get what I’m saying! I just jumped up and stuck my head over your fence, I’ll put the kettle on too! And as for taking care of a mum and a momma, I can do that!
Thanks, Gavin! A tad better but not enough. Monday the imbecile Doc and then the 2nd opinion. I may end up in the hospital for 3 days with the Prednisone IV. Don’t know yet, will write to you when I know.
So, now you have a Mum and a Momma to take care of and I wish I could see you boing over the fence for a blether! I am having 3 gal friends here Sunday for an Oscar dinner and that will keep me busy.Thanks for that Momma Lainy. Your advice has worked so well for all of us here and your gut medicine has also done you well too. So, and as you would say to us all….go with your gut feeling here! You know best. How are you feeling tonight? Better I hope??

Hi my son from another mother. Well I was on 1 Pred. for about 3 days, out with the girlfriends last night for dinner and everything starting coming back. Went back on the 2 pills and see the GI Monday. I will heed my own advise and if he doesn’t have another game plan will get another opinion, long enough already.
Will do Lainy! Mum is so so, better than earlier this year so we’ll take that! Codeine based pain meds are helping with her pain better so that is good. But, as much as they help with the pain…they cause constipation! So, she has Senokot whch she has taken a few times andf that helps…a lot!! I asked mum if she wanted me to put out some Senokot tonight for her before I went home, answer, very quickly…..NOOOO!!! They must be working well!

Hope Mum is doing ok, give her a big hug for me.Well guys, I take Lipitor, Insulin and now stuff for Colitis!! Pretty soon I will have to give up eating! I know, I will start a new food regime of adult baby food!!!!
Thanks for this Marion. Many of the meds that my mum is on come with warnings in the pamphlets with the meds stating that users should avoid grapefruit juice whilst taking them. Good link.
