    Hi Milenzz,

I’m sorry that I can’t offer any help on this either and so agree that you should speak with your mums onc or doctors to get their opinions on this. Personally, if it was me then I would do this today if you could. Is your mum taking any pain meds for this and if so do they help. Hope you can get this looked at asap and please let us know you your mum gets on.

My best wishes to you and your mum,

    Gavin

Milenzz…I agree with the above mentioned. Any pain should be reported to the physician. Please keep us posted.
    Hugs,

Milenzz, I can’t really help medically. But I can say I experienced different pains on treatments… Some were undoubtedly real, some were my mind worrying itself into symptoms. I would definitely tell the onc if they are bad. If its mild, I would chalk it up to chemo.
Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Hello milenzz, sorry I wouldn’t even begin to guess what the pain is coming from. I am glad that the tumor is stable, that is good news. I would certainly let her ONC know about the pain. We love the word stable, hate the word pain!
Please let us know how she progresses. Stay Strong.

    Hi everyone,

Just a quick summary, my mom was diagnosed with intrahepatic cc in december and finished 7.5 cycles of gem/cis in the first week of July. At that time she started to experience pain radiating from her back to her chest, shoulders etc… It would last for a few days in different places and then stop. For exaple the last few days she was fine and this morning she was complaining about a lot of pain on the left side of her abdomen. She did a scan in July and the doctor said her tumour shrunk a tiny bit which he considers stable…

Has anyone ever experienced this? Could this just be from excess chemo? Please help:(
