I can only echo what Lainy said above. You are loved. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

    Love & Hugs,

Percy, simply put….you are so loved!

    Hi, everyone,
Thanks for your concern about me.
I am fine, pain is controllable; sleep more than I needed;lost sense of motivation
;hope is a rare commodity even at the end of the tunnel; don’t want to let go but feel otherwise after 5 years of battle.
    God bless.

Dear Percy, it’s been a while since I’ve seen you post. In case you are checking the board, I thought I’d take the opportunity to add my thanks again as well for all you’ve done to help so many of us. Love, thoughts and prayers are with you .

    Dear Percy,

I’m sorry that this disease has you feeling this way. For me, you are one of those on here that got me through my darkest days asI learnt so much from your posts. Others will continue to learn from you – your mark on this forum is to huge.

    Dear Percy,

I am very saddened to hear your news. You have been a pillar of strength to all of us on this forum.

I wish your path is smooth and encouraging. Stay Strong.

    Take Care

    Hi Percy,

I’m sorry you are having such a difficult time. I hope you can hang in and find some more strength to go on. I feel I’m in the same position as you at this moment and not sure where to turn. It seems to be one thing after another and I am feeling so discouraged and want to give up. I feel I am losing my quality of life and that is scary.

    Prayers to you.

    Love, Peace & Hugs,

    Hi Percy,

I agree with everybody else, we miss hearing from you. Please don’t shy away from hospice. My husband has been on hospice. Believe it or not, he has been on hospice for a year. They have been a GOD send! We have met some lovely nurses and never have we felt that we lost our freedom. I have been able to keep working. We have a choice as to how often they come and what services we need. Please keep it in mind.

I think of you often and wish you the best.

    Shelley (aka Shellina)

    Hi Percy,

My prayers are with you. I, too lost some of my hope after Lauren passed and I don’t want to discourage others who have nothing but hope. This cancer sucks and takes too many people way too soon. I appreciate everything you have done to help others. May you rest comfortably. All the best to you and yours.

Percy, I am a relative newcomer to this site. But, what I’ve learned so far, from reading your posts and those of others, is that we all pretty much feel lost and hopeless, sometimes more than others. Never feel bad about posting what YOU are experiencing because some of the best replies I’ve gotten are from people who said, “Yes, we’ve all felt that way ….your response is normal.” You need to take care of YOU though….put yourself first when you need to do so. Thank you for all the wonderful posts you’ve made. I’ve read through so many of them since I was diagnosed 2 and a half months ago. You are a very special person in this world.

    Dear Percy;
all good thoughts and love go out to you tonight. You have been a blessing in my journey and so many others’. I always learn from your posts and take heart from them. God Bless You. Love, Holly

Percy. So glad to hear from you. This may be the time that YOU need this site and you should not worry about impacting other peoples’ hope. You are an inspiration. The way you approach your illness is so admirable no one would ever deny you the right to post your journey or feelings.

My thoughts are with you Percy…hoping for relief from pain and hope.

    Percy –
So sorry that things are going the way they are. I know that for me you informative posts have always been welcome and I have learned so much from you. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Stay strong Percy. You are a fighter. It is clear in all that you have done for your own situation as well as for all that you have done to help others.

Take some time to rest. Watch those Cubs on TV (like last week when they beat my Phillies) and enjoy some quiet time.

Post when you want but don’t worry about anything you might state. We always learn something new each time you send out a message.

    Warmth is coming to Chicago.

    Take care,

My thoughts are with you at this time. I know from experience how tough this is for you and I just want to let you know that I am thinking of you lots. I hear everything that you say and just want to let you know that you have a ton of people from all over the world who care very deeply about you.

Thinking of you right now my friend,
