I’m so glad you are back home Kris! It must feel really wonderful after a whole month! Take care and have fun filling in your “droopy” butt!! I wish I could help you out by donating some of mine! We love having you back!! Best wishes for a speedy continued recovery so you can get started with radiation!! Mary

    Hi Kris,

Good to see you back here and to hear that you are back home and the cats will be back shortly too. Take advantage and eat all the good stuff. Hopefully you will build yourself back up quickly. Thinking of you and Hans and hoping things calm down for you two for a while.

    Love & Hugs,
    Darla

I am so glad you are home! I have been praying for you and Hans everyday. Kris, you are a brave warrior and an inspiration to us all.

So does eating lots of fat and protein include a McDonald’s Big Mac? :)

    Love you much!

The Complication Queen is now home after almost 4 weeks in the hospital. I have a bucket of prescriptions and a home health team that will be checking in on me. I have been told to eat lots of fat and protein. Yum. I have been given a “prescription” to the pool to build up my strength. Hans has been trained in wound care and will be changing bandages.

I have lost so much weight I have an old man butt…droopy.

My kitties come home on Sunday.

I am tired but happy. I will hopefully start radiation in a month or so.

    Kris
