    Kris,

Good to hear about the hair, but to all of us it doesn’t matter. You will always be Kris to us and you are far from normal. You are fabulous with or without hair. :)

    Love,

    Kris:

LMAO….Tom too is ‘vain’ about his hair. He said that he’s been growing it for 63 years and doesn’t want to part with it anytime soon. Since he’s started on Chemo, he ‘pulls’ it every day to be sure that it’s staying in place. I’ve told him that my hair is coming off my head when/if he starts loosing his, however he didn’t think I should do that. But I will in support of him. We can grow our hair back together!!! (I have waist length hair which he loves, but like I said, it will grow back)

Go with God and KEEP KICKIN’ THAT cancer.

Kris, your posts are absolutely “hairlarious”. You make me laugh until my “hair curls”. You are “hair today” and will be “hair tomorrow”. Your “hair raising” attitude will see you through. You are going to wash Leroy right out of your hair. And last but not least from the play, “Hair” Hans is your shining star.
    Sorry, I couldn’t resist!

Kris…you always come up with something. I had never thought about how the strands of hair support each other. I gratulate Hans on intervening and stopping your radical approach of shaving the bald patches.

It is not long enough to tell if it is very different. It is just long enough to cover the bald patches and give enough “padding” so that the hair that was left lays better.

I am so glad Hans stopped me from shaving my hair when the bald patches appeared.

Yay! My mom’s hair has been regrowing as well, she said it was coming in much darker. Is your color/texture the same as before?

Lucky You…. Marc is so worried about loosing his hair. I told him that I would be happy to get a Chemo Cut as well.

Woo-hoo!! And just in time. You probably need every hair you can get to insulate your head from a Swedish winter!

    Rock on!

Yes I am vain. But the good news is that after a break from chemo my hair has filled in all those bald patches and restarting chemo has not made them fall out again. I get to put the scarves and hats away for awhile and just be Kris again. I am still very thin on top, but no longer have the old man comb over. It is almost like I am a normal 35 yr old.
