December 7, 2014 at 6:07 am #85876marionsModeratorMike…. Never has there been anyone on this site with tumor markers at that level reducing to such low count. Incredible and fantastic!

December 6, 2014 at 11:13 pm #85874houstonmikeMemberI don’t know at what amounts but it was gemcitabine and oxaliplatin, I’m off them now but the dr. thinks it’s possible that i may have to start them again inthe future. My ca-19 went from 500,000 to 178 since june. My drs consider me an outlier statisticly as few people have this good a response.
They considered doing radiation but changed their mind as they don’t see anything to aim at, will review later and see how things go.
I am having some pain in liver/gallbladder area which I have never had, it started when I bumped my side on the console of my car… other than that no significant symptoms.
December 6, 2014 at 11:01 pm #85873marionsModeratorMike…..fantastic results. So glad you joined our site to spread this wonderful news and interact with us. I wish for many more conversations coming our way. On to a wonderful Holiday Season.

December 6, 2014 at 7:47 pm #10787houstonmikeMemberI had ca-19 over 400,000 most of last year, they finally found tumors in april 2014 along with pe. I also have Psc and crohns since 1992, was on liver transplant list for 14 years (they de-listed me when tumors were found). I had tumors in abdomine and liver with thickening of gallbladder, after 8 chemo treatments since June… all tumors are gone and gallbladder thickening is much less.
