    Hi Marion,
I was treated or CC at Sloan with Gemcetabine and Oxaliplatin.
Biopsy and DNA study showed FGFR gene mutation.
So my doctor has recommended INCB054828 trial.

Before I agree to enter this trial in phase 2, I feel that I must know full details of how the phase 1 trial went. But that info is not available. I have checked the link at clinicaltrials.gov. that you gave above.
But it does not give the results of the phase 1 trial.

Can you provide any information about the phase 1 trial of this drug?
I have an appointment on Thursday 3/23 with the doctor who is conducting this rial in Morristown.
Will very much appreciate any info you might have.

    mich….this is the trial: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02393248
The main goal of these studies is to establish the recommended dose and/or schedule of INCB054828, an oral drug inhibiting the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) types 1, 2, and 3.
This study will have three parts, dose escalation (Part 1), dose expansion (Part 2) and combination therapy (Part 3).

Have you been tested for the FGFR2 mutation?

    Hugs
    Marion

Has anyone heard of this trial? It’s an FGFR2 specific trial, and actually I think they’re trying it with other mutations currently.

I’m just now hearing about it, someone did mention it on fb back in July, but said she didn’t look further into it.

    It’s a med by Incyte.
