Lots of prayers-CathyApril 25, 2014 at 6:04 am #81776gavinModeratorHi Owen,
Welcome to the site. Sorry that you had to find us all and sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but glad that you have joined us all here as you’re in the right place for support and help and you will get loads of each from everyone. I know that after a diagnosis your head will be spinning trying to take everything in, but you are so doing the right thing in trying to learn as much as you can about everything and I am very happy to hear that you are reading through the 100 questions book. You will find a ton of info in that and I thoroughly recommend that to anyone. Feel free to ask any questions and we’ll do what we can to help you.
My best wishes to you,
Gavin

April 25, 2014 at 12:11 am #81771kvollandSpectatorWelcome Aboard Owen –
You have come to the best place to learn as much as you can about this disease. We have all been in your place at one time or another. We will answer any questions you have to the best of our ability. One way that can help you look up specific topics is to use the Search function under the heading. It gives you a lot of posts usually but gives you some good reading. Good luck and ask away.KrisV
April 24, 2014 at 11:11 pm #9868owen45SpectatorHi . I received my diagnosis of Cholangiocarcinoma about 6 weeks ago. I live in Southern Indiana and am currently going to the Simon Cancer Center in Indianapolis for my chemo infusions. This a all new to me and I’m trying to educate myself as to the treatment plan, drugs, and measurement of the advancement or hopefully remission of the cancer. I expect to have more to say and questions to ask once I work my way through the “100 Questions” and look through the postings in the various topics here.
