Sharonlee, welcome and know that there are a lot of pretty amazing people here pulling for your mom and for you.
Moms are special to us and we would do anything for them.
HI Sharonlee. It sounds like you mother is in good,capable medical hands. I am praying her tumor shrinks.

Hello sharonlee and welcome to our amazing family. Your Mom must be pretty strong to go through so much already and to feel good. I too hope this continues. Where is she being treated? You 2 sound like a very good combination and your attitudes help so much. If she starts to loose weight again we have lots of suggestions for that too. I am glad you found us, not happy that you had too but wishing for the best. Please keep us posted.
I am helping my Mom (76) who has been diagnosed with bile duct cancer, outside the liver. Many of you have already helped me with your postings and emails. What a blessing this site has been to me.
Mom will start chemo this week. We have already been through a number of tests, stent change outs…trying to get biopsy. Trying to shrink tumor with chemo, later radiation and then see for surgery. I am hoping Mom will be able to maintain her weight during this. She lost weight prior to the stent. Mom does not feel sick right now and I am praying this continues.
