    You are a good son, I pray for your mother, she must be made of some pretty strong stuff and, remember, you have that strength in you, too.

    Marc,

    I’m sure if your mom was asked, she would say you are her beloved son in whom she is well pleased.

    You and your mom will be in my thoughts and prayers. Remember to take time to take care of the caregiver.(….that would be YOU!!)

    Marc, Yes indeed, your mum is one strong women! You seem like an amazing son, that has been with her every step of the way. Your mom and family with be inculded in my prayers tongiht.

    mum dosen’t seem to be in pain they have double the dose of pain meds she is getting and keeping her comfy

    Marc…..My heart is with you. I am hoping for your Mom to be as comfortable as possible. My husband expelled black bile also and from what I have seen on this board, it is common for the last stages of the disease. It is all about keeping Mom comfortable. I am thinking of you and wishing for strengths to surround you.

    Hi all

    Just want to check in and let you know where we are at with mum
    On the 18/02/09 we got a second opinion in Sydney
    The Doctor there told us that there was nothing he could do and at best we should look at palliative care for mum we told him mum was being sick all the time and couldn
