    I had a busy day yesterday so took the liberty of sleeping in. Dinner was a hit last night and it was certainly a pleasure meeting both you Jean and Lisa. it was unfortunate that the battery went died on the second photo shot. Perhaps a call for another get together soon. Thanks for making it a memorable moment for me knowing I am not alone.

    It was so nice to meet you both last night and share our common experiences and have a good meal! Too bad the camera battery ran out …only one picture and that was of Jim and I and none of Lisa!!

    Jim, Jean and I met at Chang’s in Alderwood last night. It was great to meet in person. We enjoyed a nice meal together. It turned out that Jean and I had the same oncologist and surgeon. I wish we could all meet in person some day. I took a picture, but not sure how it turned out yet.

    Ok Jean, you can be in charge of reservations. I’ll get there a few minutes early (maybe with my beret, haha!)

    I’m blond, 45ish, and have twinkling blue eyes.

    I’ll be coming in alone, so count me as (1).

    Good thinking Jeff…I have seen Lisa’s picture on the site but otherwise we won’t know each other! I’d be glad to make reservations and 6:00 is great for me.

    Would 6:00 work out ok? I have an early bedtime – I start fading out about 8:00 in the evening. I’m excited to meet those who can make it.

    While y’all are meeting in Seattle on the 8th, the foundation board will be meeting in Houston. Perhaps November 8th will need to begin carrying some significance in the future!

    If you have a camera handy, and you are comfortable with it, I’m sure people on the boards would love to see pictures from your meeting!
